Knowledge Rights 21 (KR21) is a European advocacy initiative working to modernise copyright and knowledge policies so that researchers, educators, and cultural institutions can fully benefit from digital access to knowledge. It brings together organisations and experts across Europe to promote a more balanced and open knowledge ecosystem.


Institutional patronage: PolSCA – Polish Science Contact Agency of the Polish Academy of Sciences
PolSCA is the Brussels-based liaison office of the Polish Academy of Sciences, supporting the participation of Polish research institutions in European research programmes and strengthening collaboration between the Polish scientific community and EU institutions.
