As part of the OA Book Usage Data Trust’s hosting Memorandum of Understanding, OPERAS provided essential administrative and infrastructural support, including back-office IT services and accounting. This support underpins a global initiative dedicated to enhancing the community-governed sharing of high-quality, interoperable, and sensitive data in the field of scholarly communications. Central to this effort is the adaptation of the Dataspace Protocol, which facilitates secure and ethical data sharing management across diverse academic stakeholders.
